HUMAN RIGHTS
PREAMBLE
We, the INTAGE Group, recognize that respecting human rights is an important social responsibility for businesses. We will comply with the "INTAGE Group Corporate Ethics Charter" and the "INTAGE Group Employee Code of Conduct." As a bridge connecting our customers to their customers, we aim to create a prosperous society of limitless possibilities and to realize a sustainable society.
To this end, we will respect internationally recognized human rights, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, in all our business activities and strive not to contribute directly or indirectly to human rights violations. If negative impacts on human rights occur or are at risk of occurring, we will take appropriate corrective action.
This policy applies to all officers and employees of the INTAGE Group. We also request that our business partners and clients support and comply with this policy.

Furthermore, in cases where internationally recognized human rights conflict with the laws and regulations of specific countries or regions, we will pursue methods that respect international human rights principles.

We respect the rights and diverse working styles of all employees of the INTAGE Group. We also pay close attention to and appropriately address human rights violations affecting not only employees but also individuals working within our supply chain, including survey participants and data providers.
